During the course of my 'retraining' with Kathleen and the video and sEMG feedback I was able to significantly reduce the pain and fatigue I would get from over tensing of the muscles in my neck, shoulders, arms and hands while playing my guitar. I had been playing for 12 years and then one day I thought I would never play again due to horrible pain while playing. I could only play in short intervals and then stop. Since playing guitar and music was one of the passions of my life, it was very upsetting to have to stop playing because of my pain. After working with Kathleen for a few weeks my pain decreased and my technique improved. Just as a musician, regardless of my pain, I could see where I was limiting my ability to play. I was not only playing with much less pain but with a lot less effort. I'm now playing with more fluid motion and you can here it my playing!Jason Cohen,
